these Photographs have been printed (A4) and framed – at this rate I’m going to run out of wall space – by the time she’s five I’ll have to put her photos on the ceiling!
Sola is already a european traveller as she’s been to London twice (both these images were taken in Vauxhall) and Switzerland to visit her other Aunt and Uncle. She’s off to Japan soon to visit her grandparents and other relatives… lucky girl

Recent Freelance work…
I’ve been working freelance for Moviestore Collection Ltd again – scanning 35mm, medium format and prints of old movie stills which I then research the film and add names, keywording etc to then upload to the company website and other syndicates – whilst it’s nice to work from home it does mean that you need to get out of the house so I tend to go on long walks around London – obviously I take my camera with me… really keep meaning to take my tripod but I tend to just carry it around and give myself back ache… oops.
RunnyCustard’s Recent Projects
I love the baby images – there were a lot more but these are for the parents eyes only – there were also two older girls who I got to jump around on a bed. I then photoshopped a fluffy sky into the background so it looks like they are ‘leaping’ into the sky… bit of fun
I also went on the London Emirates Cable Car which was great fun and hope to do it again soon… just a shame there isn’t that much to visit the area for – I’m not a fan of the O2 Dome’s ‘contents’ … the Dome itself it a nice structure, I just hate the shops/entertainment types places it has… very fake and expensive.

Moviestore needed a couple of small ads for Grafik Magazine, Creative Review and also for Bapla (British Association of Photo Libraries).
The Creative Review Ad will feature a different image each month – total running time (for now) 3 issues = 3 months.

Website refresh & new DAM host for Moviestore…
I’ve worked at Moviestore Collection Ltd for several years now… mostly part time since starting the BA course.
I started with retouching and scanning of image which are then uploaded to several websites (syndicates as well as the company own website) – a step backwards in one way but I knew that I wanted to study and if I’d managed to get a well paying, long hour job then I wouldn’t have started the course!
I now tend to deal with the IT (small scale) for the company as there are only 4 people working there – 2 part time including me).
I’ve finally managed to convince the boss to switch DAM (Digital Asset Management) hosts to one that costs 3/4 less than the previous one and this new site now actually works a lot faster and doesn’t come up with constant errors – it still has a few issues to sort but hopefully they will be completed in the next few weeks.
